  • Prepare bills to customers based on advertising services
  • Verify facts, dates and statistics in books, articles and other publications using standard reference sources
  • Write business and government correspondence such as replies to requests for information and assistance, damage claims or service complaints
  • Read newspapers, magazines, press releases and other publications to locate and file articles of interest to staff and clients
  • Write and edit advertising copy
  • Detect and mark any grammatical or typographical errors for correction
  • Read newspapers, magazines, press releases and other publications and clip articles to locate and file articles of interest
  • Write routine business and government correspondence
  • Compile and verify material before publication
  • Assist in the preparation of material for publication
  • Perform routine clerical duties
  • Compile, verify, record and process applications, licences, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documents
