Responsibilities
Tasks
- Co-ordinate the work of camera operators and other technical staff
- Set up, operate and make repairs to light and other electrical equipment
- Design and co-ordinate special effects such as fire, explosion and crashes
- Apply cosmetic and special effects make-up to performers
- Oversee the acquisition, fitting and maintenance of costumes and wardrobes
- Schedule and oversee rehearsals
- Assist in preparing the construction specifications for sets
