About

I'm a hands-on meat processing operator and food-business owner with more than 20 years across the meat supply chain — from the production floor to food-safety compliance and delivery. Since 2016 I've run our family's farm-to-door butchery in Botswana, and in 2018 I expanded it into a full meat processing operation with its own slaughter slab and cold-chain delivery into the city. Day to day I manage carcass breakdown across cattle, sheep and goat, pig, poultry, and assorted game; oversee hygiene and product quality from breakdown through to final packaged product; and personally run the cold chain from processing to the customer's door. I also lead food service and catering for events of up to 200 guests, and handle the operational side — inventory, bookkeeping, and staff supervision. Before the meat business I spent over a decade in automotive compliance and credit control, where I built a reputation for disciplined record-keeping and a near-zero error rate on audited claims. That same process discipline is what I bring to a production floor. I'm now seeking a supervisory role in a Canadian (AB, SK or MN) meat or food processing operation where I can contribute both practical butchery skill and strong food-safety and quality standards.
