Refund Policy

LMIA.ca is managed and operated by NextMigrant Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for subscriptions and standalone purchases made through lmia.ca (the "Site").

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to our resources and tools, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. By subscribing to a monthly plan, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund for any partial month or unused portion of your subscription.

To request a refund on an annual plan, please contact us directly. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted before your subscription renewal date. Refunds will not be issued after an annual plan has been renewed.

Certain standalone or one-time purchases - including Candidate Profile Assessments - are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the processing of your request has begun. Refunds for other standalone purchases may be granted only if:

If you accidentally purchase the same plan twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge. If two different plans are purchased, the lower-value plan will be refunded. To request a duplicate purchase refund, please contact us directly.
