Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to our resources and tools, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. By subscribing to a monthly plan, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund for any partial month or unused portion of your subscription.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund upon request. The following rules apply:
To request a refund on an annual plan, please contact us directly. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted before your subscription renewal date. Refunds will not be issued after an annual plan has been renewed.
Certain standalone or one-time purchases - including Candidate Profile Assessments - are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the processing of your request has begun. Refunds for other standalone purchases may be granted only if:
If you accidentally purchase the same plan twice, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge. If two different plans are purchased, the lower-value plan will be refunded. To request a duplicate purchase refund, please contact us directly.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
