KPT Precision Inc. has applied for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and will be ready to extend an offer to a foreign worker once the application is approved.

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • or equivalent experience

  • Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks

  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables
  • Set up and adjust production machineries/tools
  • Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
  • Set up and operate conventional and computer controlled machine tools
