Spot On Kitchen & Bar has applied for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and will be ready to extend an offer to a foreign worker once the application is approved.

Languages

  • English

Education

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Restaurant/food services management
  • Hotel, motel, and restaurant management

Experience

  • 2 years to less than 3 years

On site

  • Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks

  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
