Acier DM has applied for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and will be ready to extend an offer to a foreign worker once the application is approved.

  • Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks

  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale and other materials from surfaces of metal products
  • Transport items throughout plant using powered equipment
  • Immerse metal products in cleaning solutions
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators or other metal workers
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas
  • Load and unload vehicle
