Heritage Restoration INC has applied for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and will be ready to extend an offer to a foreign worker once the application is approved.

  • 2 years to less than 3 years

On site

  • Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks

  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements
  • Instruct apprentices
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units
  • Lay bricks, stone or similar materials to provide veneer facing
  • Restore, clean or paint existing masonry structures
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses 

  • Suspended access equipment training
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate

Equipment and machinery experience

  • Industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts
  • Power tools
  • Hand tools

Cleaning experience

  • Brick and stone building exteriors

Area of specialization
