Dear Hiring Team, I’ve spent the last 20+ years building BI systems for a telecom company in Kazakhstan, and more recently as a freelance BI engineer. At Kcell, I was the go-to person for billing, reporting, and database migrations, and I led projects on revenue assurance and fraud detection that had real financial stakes. Since 2021, I’ve been doing similar work independently: building ETL pipelines, setting up data warehouses, and creating dashboards that actually help teams make decisions, not just look nice. I work daily in SQL, Databricks, and I’m a certified Domo developer. What draws me to this role is the chance to build tools that cut down the manual reporting grind - that’s been a thread through most of my career.
