Key responsibilities: Lead a crew of carpenters on-site, assigning tasks and overseeing quality of work Read and interpret blueprints, translating plans into accurate builds Perform skilled carpentry work: framing, finish carpentry, cabinetry, trim Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job site logistics Communicate directly with clients, general contractors, or project managers on progress and issues Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices Ensure work meets building codes and safty.
