• Project Execution: Spearheaded the execution of diverse landscaping projects spanning up to 32 hectares, including public parks, historical garden renovations (Agadir Medina), and commercial properties. • Commercial Development: Collaborated with architects to design and build custom garden layouts for high-profile clients such as "Afriquia" (AKWA Group) gas stations and restaurants, ensuring alignment with architectural plans. • Hardscaping Construction: Constructed complex hardscaping features including natural stone walls, concrete stairs, paving, and plazas, while installing effective drainage and piping systems to ensure site durability. • Machinery & Safety: Operated and maintained heavy machinery (excavators, loaders) and power tools, strictly adhering to environmental regulations and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) protocols. • Site Management: Managed earthworks, land grading, and the installation of site furnishings (fences, playground equipment), ensuring all project
