Dexterra has applied for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and will be ready to extend an offer to a foreign worker once the application is approved.

Languages

  • English

Education

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 7 months to less than 1 year

On site

  • Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks

  • Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization’s goals

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
