Les Toits Vertiges has applied for a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) and will be ready to extend an offer to a foreign worker once the application is approved.

Languages

  • English or French

Education

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience

  • 3 years to less than 5 years

On site

  • Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks

  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
  • Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors
  • Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
  • Plan and manage budgets
  • Develop and implement quality control programs
  • Prepare reports
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
